Queleon Limited is based in Wellington, New Zealand and provides independent integration advice, that considers AI as part of the landscape. Often the people best placed to tell you whether a platform still earns its place are the ones selling it to you. We are independent.
Our Integration Architecture & AI Advisory practice works with mid-market and enterprise estates. AI Enablement for SMEs does a similar job at small-business scale and price. They feed each other: work that outgrows one moves to the other, or to a partner.
Our proposition is independence, with deep integration expertise — architecture through to execution-level design, in one place. Our advisory engagements are fixed-fee, quoted in weeks elapsed, and leverage AI for a cost-effective outcomes. The ongoing retainer is the exception, priced monthly for as long as you want it.
Beyond advisory, we are building toward consented data sharing — giving people and organisations greater control over how their data is shared, and for what purpose.
The founder
Queleon was founded by Matt Rayner, who brings 26+ years’ experience spanning software engineering, product management, integration architecture and practice leadership. Matt previously led Datacom’s integration practice and, before that, was Product Manager – Strategy at Oracle. He has worked across sectors where data sensitivity and system resilience matter most, including telecommunications, banking, health and government.
